Singapore - [9th April 2009]: Today, Pezzaz Pte Ltd - organisers of the BBAXN Men's and Women's Amateur Basketball Leagues, announced adidas as
the official ball sponsor of the upcoming BBAXN leagues in 2009. The partnership will seek to further promote and develop basketball in Singapore.
BBAXN co founder and director Mr Lee Taylor commented on te partnership, "The partnership with adidas is a great endorsement of the BBAXN leagues, and we are
confident the partnership will result in wider recognition of our basketball leagues and consequently we will see a continued increase in participation. In addition
providing our players with in store tailored adidas promotions adds value to the teams and players within our league."

As a benefit to players, adidas will be offering BBAXN league teams and players privileged discounts at two of
its key basketball stores at Suntec City and The Cathay. Both adidas and BBAXN have expressed interest for even
deeper integration over time, should the partnership realise pre-determined objectives set by each party.
BBAXN currently organises the following three tournaments:
(i) BBAXN Men's Midweek League
(ii) BBAXN Men's Weekend League
(iii) BBAXN Women's Weekend League
Over 900 players are currently registered with BBAXN and are actively playing basketball on a weekly basis under
BBAXN league management system, during 2008 BBAXN organised 646 league games of basketball. BBAXN leagues are
truly multi cultural and multi national with over 30 nationalities currently represented across 40 active teams.
